儀器測(cè)量原理Measurement Principle

該儀器為直角坐標(biāo)測(cè)量法，觸針接觸式。X軸采用高精密的摩擦導(dǎo)軌為基準(zhǔn)，Z1軸采用數(shù)字傳感器，測(cè)繪出被測(cè)零件的表面輪廓形狀的坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)，通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)的軟件對(duì)傳感器采集的原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算處理，標(biāo)注所需的測(cè)量項(xiàng)目。

● High precision air floating guide rail –As the measuring datum of X coordinate to guarantee the linear moving accuracy in X direction.

● High precision digital sensor – to get signal of Z coordinate for measuring the profile of various precise mechanical piece part.

1、安裝與培訓(xùn)

1.1我公司負(fù)責(zé)在用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)設(shè)備行進(jìn)安裝和調(diào)試；

Supplier is responsible for Installation and testing on user site.

1.2在設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試時(shí)對(duì)買(mǎi)方技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行理論、實(shí)際操作及維修等培訓(xùn)，使用戶技術(shù)人員掌握設(shè)備操作，能熟練使用設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢定工作，保證設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行并能排除設(shè)備的一般故障和特殊保養(yǎng)。.

The user will be trained in theory, operation and maintenance during installation, to that the user could operate the equipment skillful, and could solve the general trouble and make routine maintenance.

2、驗(yàn)收

2.1驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：按現(xiàn)行國(guó)家檢定規(guī)程以及合同技術(shù)協(xié)議為準(zhǔn)。

Acceptance criteria: According to the current national verification procedure and the technical agreement of the contract.

2.2驗(yàn)收項(xiàng)目：核對(duì)該設(shè)備的供貨清單，如有漏項(xiàng)和短缺，我司負(fù)責(zé)免費(fèi)補(bǔ)齊。

Acceptance items: check the supply list of the equipment. If there are any missing items or shortages, our company will make up for them free of charge.

售后服務(wù)

質(zhì)保期：設(shè)備安裝驗(yàn)收合格之日起12個(gè)月內(nèi)，但不超過(guò)發(fā)貨之日起15個(gè)月。

Warranty period: 12 months from the date of equipment installation and acceptance, but not more than 15 months from the date of shipment.

質(zhì)保期內(nèi)：實(shí)行“三包"政策，公司負(fù)責(zé)為用戶免費(fèi)提供計(jì)量測(cè)試技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)。

Warranty period: Three guarantees, meanwhile providing free testing or technology consulting

質(zhì)保期外：我公司提供終身優(yōu)惠服務(wù)和技術(shù)支持，設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障需要修理時(shí)，所換零件按成本價(jià)收取。我司有備品備件庫(kù)，終身負(fù)責(zé)為用戶以成本價(jià)提供備品備件服務(wù)。

After warranty: Providing service and support for life, and spare part with the best price, and if hardware support, the software updating free of charge.

服務(wù)響應(yīng)時(shí)間：接到故障請(qǐng)求電話后，5小時(shí)內(nèi)回應(yīng)，我司通過(guò)電話、微信或郵件的方式指導(dǎo)買(mǎi)方排除故障；若故障仍不能排除，將在72小時(shí)內(nèi)派技術(shù)人員上門(mén)解決問(wèn)題。

Service response time: within 5 hours upon receipt of the fault request call, our company will guide the buyer to troubleshoot the fault by phone,  or  If the fault cannot be removed, technicians will be sent to solve the problem within 72 hours.
